Ricetta: Minestra di Farro
Ingredienti: 4 pugnetti di farro, cipolla, sedano, olio di oliva, pomodoro.
Preparazione: Tritare cipolla e sedano e farli rosolare in pentola con olio e pomodoro aggiungere abbondante acqua e all’ebollizione versare il farro. Mescolare frequentemente e far cuocere per circa mezz’ora.
