Tagliatelle al tartufo estivo

Pasta di colore scuro con sapore caratteristico del tartufo. Ottimo da condire con condimento al tartufo.

Ricetta x 3 persone: 250 g di tagliatelle, 50 g di tartufo estivo, olio extra vergine. Dopo aver grattato il tartufo in padella, aggiungere l’olio extra vergine, salare e scaldare per 2 minuti, scolare la pasta e ripassare il tutto per altri 2 minuti.
