Ricetta: Mettete in ammollo i funghi porcini secchi n una ciotola capiente piena di acqua tiepida per almeno un’ ora; poi prelevate i funghi e lasciateli sgocciolare in un colapasta riducendoli a pezzetti se sono molto grandi, infine filtrate da una garza l’acqua dell’ammollo e tenetela da parte. Preparate la pasta come di consueto avendo cura di amalgamare la pasta con i funghi.
